Founded in 2015 by Rachel, Glamour Blvd. is more than a haircare brand. It is a movement rooted in self-love, empowerment, and clean beauty.

As a U.S. Army Veteran, bestselling Author, Life Insurance Expert, and crowned Ms. Ocoee, FL, Rachel brings a spirit of excellence, discipline, and service into everything she creates.

Her passion for helping others led her to develop a vegan, herbal haircare line made with pure, organic ingredients. Each formula is gentle enough for babies, yet powerful enough to transform hair health from the inside out.

After navigating her own hair journey and growing six inches in less than a year, Rachel turned her experience into a mission. Today, she empowers women and families to embrace their natural textures, build healthy habits, and grow strong, confident hair.
